Bart Murray, President

As Founder and President of Monarch Mechanical, Bart Murray is responsible for all operations within the company. Bart’s 40 year career has taken him from Arizona throughout the Bay Area. Formally educated at ASU Business Management Program, Bart will tell you his true learning of the trade was as an apprentice. Since the days as an apprentice, Bart has furthered his experience from project management to estimating.

In addition, Bart continued his education through SMACNA for advanced estimating and further classes for duct detailing and coordination.

When asked about what make Monarch Mechanical special, Bart replies, “Monarch Mechanical is a family run business with many people who have followed us throughout the years. I’m quite humbled and honored with so many loyal people who have committed their entire careers, who have faced many challenges and have also celebrated many victories; together. This has created a bond and strong family unit the people can rely on.”

“I think a difference for us is our focus on our tradesmen. They have developed skills sets and are open to continual learning…. Maybe because we are now into our fourth generation of craftsmanship. In this we thrive in the ability to teach and mentor young men and women who are willing and committed to produce the same high level of standards and quality that have been passed down from generation to generation. “
